AAMHO and other agencies have collaborated to establish a Planning Sheet for Power Outages that may occur in Mobile Home and Camper and Park Model units. Take the time to review the planning they suggest in the event of the inevitable Power Disruption. You can review the plan by clicking on this sentence to open a printable pdf copy of the document.

On occasion e-mail information is sent out to SDS Residents to inform of updates to the web site and for special announcements about such things as water shut offs and activities that need to be updated. • Next Season French Toast Breakfasts will be at 9AM
• End of season party 3/26 at 5:00. This includes a Free Cookout provided by SDS Management, but you do need to sign up…Sign up sheet will be in the hallway or contact Jim or Lisa Rieber.
• If you have open food items when you leave…Russ E has put up an address for a place they can be brought to be used by homeless
• JAM and BINGO still going thru March
• Horseshoes 10 Wed
• Golf Wed as usual
• Bingo as usual this week
• Food bank items for Easter may be brought to clubhouse any day after the quilt show
• Poker in library 6 PM Saturdays
• John Hoppin announced that 2 recipients have been chosen for SDS Association Scholarships, one for $1,000 and one for $500.
• Quilters will meet Wed at 9 (last one for the season)

Our help is needed with some issues that need to be addressed to help keep things neat and clean and working properly:

• The Black Trailer in the bullpen is provided for yard/lawn waste (trees, leaves, weeds) and you need to get Office Approval first.
• Any household items (couches, bed, dressers, dishes, bedding etc.) Needs to be picked up by a junk company or a non profit such as Goodwill,  Sunshine Acres,  St Vincent DePaul  or resident needs to arrange for removal to the landfill.

• The SDS Calendar is being made available through this website now. A Google Calendar has been established and shows the entire season of planned activities. It is current and will be updated as changes occur. You can open it by Clicking Here. • If planning an event or activity that is not yet on calendar, be sure to see Karl Galstad (site 223) to be sure to avert any conflicts.
• If you are disposing of cardboard in the dumpster, be sure to break it down! Also stamp on plastic bottles to flatten them before throwing them in the dumpster. (No recycling is presently available)

• Let office personnel know when you arrive for the new season!
• A Certificate of Liability is needed by all contractors working in the park. If you are intending to have work done by a contractor, be sure they sign in at the office so they can provide the office with a certificate of liability or update what is presently on file. Remember that the fact that a contractor has a COL on file DOES NOT MEAN THAT SIERRA DEL SAGUARO IS GIVING ANY KIND OF RECOMMENDATION.
• Each vehicle to be parked needs to have a hang tag showing that it is an allowed vehicle. If you don’t yet have one, check with office personnel.
• Send ‘door to door’ sales/solicitors on their way. They do not have permission.
• Wear your name tags to all events
• Rvers…Don’t drive through lots, back in place only.
• Please shower before using pool or hot tub
• Be safety conscious when walking riding bikes, etc. Make yourself visible. Drive Slowly!
